Session 2 of rhino with a bit of vray and 20 minutes of grasshopper
1-By making use of Mirror and ExtrudeCrv a pair of rails are created.
2-The rail sleepers are created with ExtrusionCrv and ArrayLinear.
3-The same is used to create the platform footings
4-The roof is created by the insertion of a Surface that is after transformed by changing the wireframe points height.
5-Very useful is the ExtratWireFrame, which allow us to in very few clicks, the creation of the structure that hold the ceiling,
6-To create the oyster bar, first we create a closed polyline that is after offset vertically.
A vertical line, connecting both polylines is drawn by using the Sweep2 command we can create a surface from these elements.
7-On the drop menu render, we can access the materials pallet and once we made our choice, we can assign the materials ether by layer or object.
8- Once the render is completed, there further adjustments that can be made with the correction of some levels.
9-Grasshopper let us create Rhino model with the use of algorithms.
We create a surface in Rhino and vertical values for wire mesh intersections is changed.
10-Grasshopper is lunched through Rhino command bar.
The algorithms are created by adding to Grasshopper conditions that will be reflected in the Rhino model. In this case with inserted boxes at the intersection of the wireframe points.
11-The boxes can be adjusted by adding more parameters.
